We start by identifying what is limiting your movement and contributing to pain, stiffness, or instability. From there, we build a personalized plan to help you restore mobility, improve stability, and progressively rebuild strength so your body can move with more confidence and less discomfort.
Over the course of 6 weeks, the goal is to help you reduce pain, move better, and feel stronger in your body. Clients often notice improved mobility, better body awareness, greater confidence with movement, and a stronger foundation for long-term health, fitness, and performance.
